delivered or otherwise exported or re-exported to foreign persons or foreign entities without obtaining necessary export licenses or applicable license exemptions, and acknowledges and agrees that it is Customer’s responsibility to pay all taxes and fees,
and to obtain all required export licenses and permits for shipment or transfer of any such Regulated Products. In furtherance thereof,
Customer represents that it has in place an export compliance program, and that it shall exclusively use the following non-foreign, domestic entity to handle the exporting of any Regulated Products (the Customer’s “Exporter”):
外国人もしくは外国籍の事業体へ必要な輸出ライセンスもしくは適応可能なライセンスの免除等を取得することなしに、出荷、あるいはその反対で、輸出、再輸出すること、そしてすべての税、手数料の支払い、そのような規制製品の出荷、移動に関して必要とされるすべての輸出ライセンスもしくは許可の取得は顧客の責任で行われることを承認し同意すること。
それに関して、促進するため、顧客は輸出順守プログラムを適宜守り、且つ独占的に以下の外国籍ではない、国内の事業体（顧客の”輸出業者”）のいかなる規制製品の輸出の取扱いに際して利用することを保証する。
