初めてのケースでショップ側では理由が分からず、アマゾンに問い合わせてみましたが、再現性のない事例のようでしてアマゾンでも原因はわからないと言われてしまいました。
お使いのパソコン等の環境依存の問題かもしれないとのことです。
申し訳ございませんが原因が分かりませんので対象のしようがございません。

また発送した商品はPARCEL FORCEに引き継ぎとなっていて、調べますと税関で止まっているようでした。

I have inquired Amazon about this case because it is the first case happened and we as a shop have no idea about the reason, however it does not appear to involve reproducibility and Amazon could not identify the cause either.
They say it could be an issue dependent on your PC environment in use.
We are sorry but since we could not identify the cause, there is no way to support this situation for you.
Please excuse us for not being able to be of your help.

Also, the shipped item is taken over to PARCEL FORCE, and currently appear to be held at the customs for inspection.

This is the first case for us and we could not find out the reason behind. We inquired to Amazon, but they said that they did not find out the cause since the case did not have repeatability.
According to them, it might be happened due to the environment-dependent nature of your PC etc.
We are afraid to inform you that we cannot take any action on this matter because the cause was not found out.
We are sorry that we could not be at your help.

In addition, the shipped item was handed over to ParcelForce and it seemed that it was hold at the UK customs’ office.

This is the first time we encountered this case and the shop does not know the reason for it, we have asked Amazon about the case but it was answered that they do not know the reason of it as well with no similar case as example to follow.
The reason for it may due to the computer environment.
We are deeply sorry for that and we can not proceed the request since the cause was not known.
