回答によりますと、郵便物は現在下記郵便局で保管されています。
また、配達先の住所は存在しますが、部屋番号等が抜けている可能性があるとのことです。

According to the response the postal item is being held at the following post office.
Also, the delivery address does exist, however, there is a possibility it is missing the room number information.
