このtransactionは一度成立した。私は支払いを終え、アイテムを受け取った。しかし、届いたアイテムはセラーの記述と異なる酷いコンディションだった。このため、私はセラーへ連絡し、返品と返金を要求した。セラーは了承したため、私はアイテムを返送した。その後アイテムはセラーへ届いたが、セラーは未だに私へ返金をしていない。セラーはアイテムと私のカネの両方を手に入れたままだ。セラーは返金しないのなら、アイテムを再度私へ送らねばならない。

This transaction has been successful. I have finalized the payment and receive the item. However, the item that was delivered was different from the sellers description of condition. As this is the case, I contacted the seller, and requested a return and refund. As the seller agreed I returned the item. The item has arrived with the seller, but as yet I have not received the refund. The seller now both the item and my money. If the money is not returned, then the item must be returned again.
