I am very sorry for the inconvenience we have caused to customers and Amazon because of exceeding the order defect rate for more than 1 %.
We have verified the root caused of too much increase in the order defect rate ourselves again and found out that our shipping management software generated garbled character codes when extracting the customers' address and which caused non-delivery or lost of packages due to unknown shipping destination.
