上記オーダーをチケットの受け取り方法"eTicket"にて購入しましたが、PC画面に"Print-at-Home"ボタンが表示されず自宅でチケット印刷ができません。

i purchased the above order at "eTicket" that is how to receive the ticket, but the button of "Print-at-Home" is not shown on the screen of PC, so I cannot print out the ticket at home.
Is this a trouble caused by the system? Or does it happen all the time?
