チケットの受け取り方法について質問です。
Order #51-11594/NY5
上記オーダーをチケットの受け取り方法"eTicket"にて購入しましたが、PC画面に"Print-at-Home"ボタンが表示されず自宅でチケット印刷ができません。
これはシステムトラブルですか？通常ですか？
当該チケットは当日現地会場にて引き換えを行ってもらえるのでしょうか。
もしその場合、チケット引き換えの際に必要な証明書などがあれば教えてください。

I have a question regarding how to receive the ticket.
Order#51-11594/NY5
i purchased the above order at "eTicket" that is how to receive the ticket, but the button of "Print-at-Home" is not shown on the screen of PC, so I cannot print out the ticket at home.
Is this a trouble caused by the system? Or does it happen all the time?
May I exchange the ticket at the hall on the day?
In that case, if you request a certificate used for exchanging it, please let me know.
