はじめまして
チケットの受け取り方法について質問です。

Order #51-11594/NY5
上記オーダーをチケットの受け取り方法"eTicket"にて購入しましたが、PC画面に"Print-at-Home"ボタンが表示されず自宅でチケット印刷ができません。
これはシステムトラブルですか?通常ですか?

当該チケットは当日現地会場にて引き換えを行ってもらえるのでしょうか。
もしその場合、チケット引き換えの際に必要な証明書などがあれば教えてください。

I purchase a ticket under the order number above and chose to receive it as 'eTicket', but I cannot print it out as the 'Print-at-Home' button never appears on the display of my PC at home.
Is this the trouble by your system? Or does this normally happen?

Is it possible for me to collect the ticket at the venue on the day of the show.
If possible, please let me know which proof of ID I need to bring to collect the ticket.
