そのあと商品の返品をいただきましたが商品自体は時計の針が動かず中の部品が破損しておりました。
商品についてはこちらで修理を行ったあとに返金対応をしたかったのですが、商品が壊れた状態で全額返金という内容で相手が話ている状態ですので話がなかなか進みません。

・商品は完全に購入者都合(サイズの勘違い)による返品となっていること。
・返品された商品が破損した状態となっていること。

以上、2点の理由によりこちらとしては修理金額を差し引いた金額分を返金したいと考えております。

I would like to pay back after repairing however the product broke and they asked me to give a full refund so it is not easy to talk about it .
