先日購入した商品(BOSE Wave music system3、trackingnumberxxx)を転送会社から転送してもらい、本日開封しました。ところが、商品はWave music system 3ではなく、 Wave music system でした。つまり、商品違いです。確かに、箱は musuc system3ですが、中身は旧式の商品です。ですので、商品は返品か、または、一部返金(約30ドル)をお願いします。対応いただかなければ、悪い評価をつけざるを得ません。

I had the item (BOSE Wave music system3、trackingnumberxxx) I have purchased the other day forwarded from a forwarder to me, and I opened the package today. However, received was Wave music system instead of Wave music system 3. In other words, I received a wrong item. The package says music system3 for sure, however the content was an old model. Therefore I would like to request you for a return or a partial refund (about $30) please. If this is not going to be well taken care of, I will have no choice but giving you a bad rating.

I opened the item I bought the other day (BOSE Wave music system3 tracking numberxxx) after having it forwarded by the forwarding company. However, the item was not Wave music system 3, it was Wave music system. It's a wrong item. Definitely the box was music system 3, but inside was the old model item. Therefore, please accept return or make partical refund (around 30 dollars). If you don't, I have no choice but to leave a negative feedback.
