The customer left a negative feedback because he/she believed there was no explanation that this item is made in Japan, which is not the case. We explain clearly enough that it is made in Japan on the item page with pictures etc.

There was sufficient explanation in the photographs and the information on the product etc.
Also this item was sold from FBA
