お客様はこの商品を電池式の時計だと思っていましたが
手巻き型の時計になります。
そのため不具合があると勘違いしていました。
その旨を説明したメール文章を送らせていただきます。
こちらの商品は手巻き型の時計のためこちらで確認したところ不具合はありませんでした。

Customer thought this watch is battery driven type,
It is manual winding type.
Therefore the customer misunderstanding it is a malfunction.

This is why he or she misunderstood, thinking that this watch was defective.
I would send the customer an email explaining this.
Our repairing department has reported that this watch has no deficiency after an inspection, since this watch is based on a "hand winding" system.
