お客様はこの商品を電池式の時計だと思っていましたが
手巻き型の時計になります。
そのため不具合があると勘違いしていました。
その旨を説明したメール文章を送らせていただきます。

こちらの商品は手巻き型の時計のためこちらで確認したところ不具合はありませんでした。
それでも返品を望みますか？
