手巻き型の時計になります。
そのため不具合があると勘違いしていました。
その旨を説明したメール文章を送らせていただきます。
こちらの商品は手巻き型の時計のためこちらで確認したところ不具合はありませんでした。

It is manual winding type.
Therefore the customer misunderstanding it is a malfunction.

Our repairing department has reported that this watch has no deficiency after an inspection, since this watch is based on a "hand winding" system.
