先日の修理依頼に加え、新たに2点の修理を依頼をしたいです。
・ジャケットの左肩と左袖口に破れ有り。左肘部分にも擦り傷有り。
・タープに3cmほどの穴が開いた。
先日の2点に加え、合計4点の修理をお願いします。
数日中に私達のスタッフがあなたの所に持っていきます。

I want to add 2 more items to the last one for repair.
•there are tears on left shoulder and left cuff area on the jacket. The left elbow was worn out.
•Tarp got about 3cm width hole.
I want total 4 items included the last 2 to be repaired.
Our staff will get them over to your shop in a couple of days. Thank you.
