・ジャケットの左肩と左袖口に破れ有り。左肘部分にも擦り傷有り。
・タープに3cmほどの穴が開いた。

先日の2点に加え、合計4点の修理をお願いします。
数日中に私達のスタッフがあなたの所に持っていきます。

In addition to the repair request I made the other day, I would like to request additional two repairs.

- Tear on left shoulder and left cuff of the jacket. Scratch on left elbow as well.
- 3 cm hole in tarp.

With the previous two repairs, total 4 repairs.
Our staff will bring them to you in a few days.
