・ジャケットの左肩と左袖口に破れ有り。左肘部分にも擦り傷有り。
・タープに3cmほどの穴が開いた。

先日の2点に加え、合計4点の修理をお願いします。
数日中に私達のスタッフがあなたの所に持っていきます。

In addition to the amend order in the other day, I would like to add two more items to repair.

* Tears on left shoulder and left cuff of the jacket. Also scratch on the left elbow.
*Around 3cm hole is on tarp.

Totally four items, in addition to the two items in previous order, to be repaired, please.
One of my staff will bring to your place within a few days.
