今回Order Defect Rateが大きく上昇してしまった理由を弊社で改めて確認したところ、最近導入した、追跡番号のないSAL便による発送での商品の紛失が主な原因となっております。

We are very sorry that Defect Rate has gone beyond 1%, our criterion, ad cause a huge trouble to valued customers and Amazon.
As we re-investigated the factors in this increase in Order Defect Rate, we found out it is losses of goods involved in shipping through our currently introduced SAL mail with no tracking number.
