I have a question regarding estimated delivery dates.
We send our products from distribution centers in various places in America. As such, we often experience problems with products not arriving on the estimated arrival date as the registered sender's address differs from the actual address we use to send products from.
Are you able to fix the estimated arrival date at 7 days for Standard Shipping and 3 days for Expedited?
How are sellers with multiple distribution addresses, such as us, able to fix this problem?
