・期限つきの総代理権をいただくにあたり、契約書は必要でしょうか
必要な場合、当方で作成してもよろしいでしょうか
（内容としては、欠品、商品破損があった場合の送料負担などについて）

There are a few things we'd like to confirm regarding our future transactions.
Kinly advise the following:
- Upon receiving the limited term sole agency, do we need to issue the agreement? If so, would you please issue one from your end? (Its contents includes the shipping fee coverage in the event of an inventory shortage, damaged items, and the like.)
