It could be due to the rough preservation method, or the severe damage made to the item package. Some of those bad ones even carry the wrong model number printed on the package. I would assume such case happens when the item and its package were mistakenly replaced, etc.
This may not be an issue in your standard, however items in such quality will be ever accepted neither by those major time pieces jewelers in US nor in Japan.
Since claiming the charge back to PayPal takes a lot of work, I hope to resolve this issue as a peaceful settlement.
It is clearly because how you did not store them properly. Some of the packages are heavily damaged. In the worst cases, the product number on the box does not match with the product in it. We assume you put a wrong one when you were placing them.
It might be no problem in your standards. But it is not acceptable in big watch companies in the US and anywhere in Japan.
We do not want to get bothered requesting a charge back to paypal, so we would like to solve it more peacefully.
Since the storage method was complex, there is significant damage to the product package. The terrible thing is that the model number listed on the package is wrong. This might probably be a mistake when the product was being replaced.
This might not be a problem with your standards. However, this kind of quality does not exist in leading watch store in the US and it is also unacceptable even in Japan.
It is extremely complicated to apply for a charge back in PayPal so I hope we can resolve this peacefully.
I don't know who did the handling procedures, but there was a considerable amount of damage to the product. This terrible item had wrong model number written on it. There is a mistake in the replacement right?
By your standards, there wouldn't be this mistake. However, for American's Major Watch Manufacture's Store, they don't sell them and even in Japan, it can't be received.
Because doing a Charge Back application to paypal is incredibly troublesome, I want to settle this as peacfully as possible.
At times the package has a wrong product code, which prolly comes from a mistake made during packaging.
You might think that it cannot be helped, just a mistake. Yet, things like this are for sure unacceptable for major US watch stores, much less Japanese ones.
I know it is quite cumbersome to ask PayPal to refund. I would like to settle the problem between us, as softly as possible.
The product package has considerable damage because it was not properly protected. It is particularly bad that the model number printed on the package is incorrect. Perhaps this was a mistake made when replacing the item.
Under your standards this may not constitute a problem. A major American clock store, however, would never accept something in this condition and it would be equally unacceptable in Japan.
Since applying for a chargeback through Paypal is an extremely tedious process, I hope we can resolve this as smoothly as possible.
