税関でチェックされた事に因るダメージではありません。
保管方法が雑であったが為に、製品パッケージに著しいダメージがある。ひどいものはパッケージに記載されている型番が間違っている。これは入れ替えた際等に間違えたのでしょう。

貴方の基準では、これは問題がないのかもしれません。しかし、米国の大手の時計店では、この品質はあり得ないし、日本でも受け入れられる事はないでしょう。

PayPalにチャージバックを申請するのは非常に面倒なので、なるべく穏便に解決したいと思っています。

It is clearly because how you did not store them properly. Some of the packages are heavily damaged. In the worst cases, the product number on the box does not match with the product in it. We assume you put a wrong one when you were placing them.

It might be no problem in your standards. But it is not acceptable in big watch companies in the US and anywhere in Japan.

We do not want to get bothered requesting a charge back to paypal, so we would like to solve it more peacefully.
