PayPalより、代金はそちらに支払われた事になっているのですが、そちらからの注文確認メールは受け取っていないので、そちらに私の注文が届いていない、また支払いが出来ていないというでしょうか？

またそちらでも確認していただけることは可能なのでしょうか？

I always use this email address when I order something.
My Paypal account shows that the transaction has been completed, however, I haven't received a confirmation from you yet. Does that mean my order or payment hasn't been completed?
Should I directly contact Paypal regarding this matter?

All of my orders were done by this e-mail address.
According to PayPal, the money has been already paid although I have not received an order confirmation mail from your side. Perhaps you have not received my order or my payment is not done yet?
Should I contact PayPal to check the situation of this order?
Is it possible for you to do it from your side?
