成分表（ Ingredient ）と製造工程表が必要になるようです。
この2つを私宛に送っていただくことは可能でしょうか？
難しい場合、改めて商品を発注しますので
そちらに同梱して送っていただきたいと思います。
加えて、
先日発注した分について積み込み年月日と到着予定年月日を
教えていただきたいと思います。

As I confirmed, in case of import to Japan, the ingredient list and the manufacturing process sheet, both of which are formally authorized with your company seal, will be required.
Can you please send me these two documents?
If it id difficult, I will newly place an order for the item, so please ship the item together with the new order.
Additionally, please kindly let me know the on-board date and scheduled delivery date for the last order.
