以下のオーダーではシステムエラーでクーポンコードが使用できませんでした。
商品代金の20%を返金してください。
今回のこの注文からPR20のクーポンコードが使用できました。
私は何度もこの件についてメールを送っていますが返金される気配がありません。
Anaからは3月5日に以下の返信も頂いています。
20%OFFが適用されなかったすべてのオーダーにおいて、
早急に一部返金手続きを進めて下さい。
よろしくお願いいたします。

System error occurred for the following order and I could not use coupon code.
Please make refund for 20% of the amount of the item.
I could use PR20 coupon code starting from this order.
I have sent emails several time regarding this issue, but there is no sign of refund.
Ana replied on March 5 as follows.
Please urgently process partial refund for all orders which 20% discount did not apply.

I could not use the coupon code for the following orders due to your system error. Please refund me 20% of the product prices.
I was able to use the coupon code of PR20 for this latest order.
