2月6日に到着した、340.92$の商品について、インボイスが未完全と
なったままなのですが、どうすれば良いのでしょうか？
すぐに発送依頼をしたいので、対処方法を教えて下さい。
また、去年からインボイスを記入させるシステムに変わって以来、
本当に使いづらくなっています。利用側にもっとスムーズに
利用できるサービスに改善はできないのですか？
私は、嘘の申告をするつもり等は全くありません。
常に疑ってかかる必要があるのでしょうか？

The invoice for the $340.92 product that arrived last February is incomplete,
so what should I do?
I want to ship it immediately so please kindly inform me on a workaround.
In addition, since the change to the system that fills out the invoice from last year,
it was really hard to use. Would you be able to improve the service and make it smoother in the user-side?
