いつも、お世話になっております。

2月6日に到着した、340.92$の商品について、インボイスが未完全と
なったままなのですが、どうすれば良いのでしょうか?

すぐに発送依頼をしたいので、対処方法を教えて下さい。

また、去年からインボイスを記入させるシステムに変わって以来、
本当に使いづらくなっています。利用側にもっとスムーズに
利用できるサービスに改善はできないのですか?

私は、嘘の申告をするつもり等は全くありません。
常に疑ってかかる必要があるのでしょうか?

What should I do regarding the $340,92 product that arrived last 2/6 with an incomplete invoice?

Please kindly tell me on a workaround as I would like to request for it to be shipped immediately.

Plus, it is really hard to use since changing from the system that fills out the invoice last year.
Is it not possible to improve it to a smoother service that can be used on the user side?

I never intended to report any lies.
So is there really a need to be always suspicious about it?
