オンラインショップで購入しないので、ショップの送料は掛かりませんが、私が直接お店に買いに行くのでガソリン代やコインパーキング代が掛かってしまいます。2回行くことになるので、ガソリン代が800円、コインパーキングで600円程必要になります。梱包代の合計8ユーロは払わなくても良いので、この1400円をお支払い頂いでも宜しいでしょうか？
Order.pdfに記載されている4人の住所にそれぞれ発送させて頂きます。

It's OK for me whether you pay representing others or each of you pay separately.
Since I don't buy the item at the online store, it doesn't cost me the shipping fee of the store. However, as I need to go to the store to buy it directly, it will cost me some money for gas and coin-parking. I need to go twice, so it will cost me 800 yens for gas and 600 yens for coin-parking approximately.
You don't have to pay 8 euros for packaging, but could you pay the above mentioned 1400 yens?
I will ship the items to the address of each 4 people put in Order.pdf.

I won't buy it by online shop, so it doesn't incur carriage, but as I go to the shop by myself, it will incur gasoline cost and parking cost.
