申し訳ございません。SIMカードは利用期限が切れた為こちらで処分しております。
SIMカードについてですが、これは"通信ご利用期間:90日間[その内20hだけ利用可能]"のドコモプリペイドデータプランとなっており、出荷時にそのPSvitaでは３G通信をする事は出来ませんでした。私が起動した日からもう既に９０日経ってしまった為、期限切れにより再度docomoで契約する事は出来ません。
またこのモデルはドコモのSIM以外認識しませんので、アメリカ国内で3Gで利用する事は出来ないです。

SIM card can be used for 20 hours in 90 days of the telecom use, according to Docomo pre-paid data plan. When it was shipped, it cannot be used for 3G communication of PS vita. 90 days have already passed since I started to use, so I cannot make a contract with Docomo again.
Also, this model recognizes only SIM of Docomo, it cannot be used with 3G in US.

For the SIM card, it is for the prepaid mobile plan of date usage offered by Docimo by which “20 hours of data communication” is allowed within 90 days.: upon shipping the PSvita, it could not make 3G communication.
Since it has passed more than 90 days after I activated it, it cannot enter into the subscription with Docomo anymore.
In addition, this model is SIM locked and cannot use a SIM card other than Docomo, so it cannot be used for 3G communication in US.
