This eMail is to ask you the delivery status. The Cap (order nomber #3462) which was shipped out on February 4 has not arrived yet. Is there any possibility that it is missing? Is it possible for you to check the delivery status? Ordinally, parcels from UK arrrive within 10 days. This is in regard to the shipping status. I am still waiting for my cap which is supposed to be shipped on Feb. 4, order #3462. I wonder if it could be lost. Can you trace the cap at your end? Usually I receive packages from England in about 10 days. I need the cap no matter what, so are you ready to ship a replacement in case of no delivery? I will await your response.
