発送状況についての連絡です。2月4日に発送していただいたオーダーナンバー #3462のキャップがまだ届かないのですが、紛失の可能性はありますか？また、そちらで発送状況を確認することはできますか？通常、イギリスからの荷物は10日ほどで届きます。注文をしたキャップがどうしても欲しいので、届かない場合は代替品を送っていただくことはできますか？ご連絡をお待ちしております。

The cap number 3463 you shipped for me hasn't arrived yet, is there any chance of missing?
And are you able to confirm the sipping process there? Usually, it takes about 10 days to receive packages from the U.K. I really want the cap I ordered, in case of it doesn't arrive, is it possible to send me another one?
