発送状況についての連絡です。2月4日に発送していただいたオーダーナンバー #3462のキャップがまだ届かないのですが、紛失の可能性はありますか？また、そちらで発送状況を確認することはできますか？通常、イギリスからの荷物は10日ほどで届きます。注文をしたキャップがどうしても欲しいので、届かない場合は代替品を送っていただくことはできますか？ご連絡をお待ちしております。
This is in regard to the shipping status. I am still waiting for my cap which is supposed to be shipped on Feb. 4, order #3462. I wonder if it could be lost. Can you trace the cap at your end? Usually I receive packages from England in about 10 days. I need the cap no matter what, so are you ready to ship a replacement in case of no delivery? I will await your response.
