I ordered OO on January 21st 2014.
But I received what I didn't oder.

I live in Japan .
I really wanted what I odered, so I bought it from your company that I relay on. Then you sent it to Japan.

I was looking forward to it but I am so sorry that I got wrong one.

I know that refund works in the states but you made a mistake this time.

I would like to refund it.

I placed on order with ○○ on January 14 in 2004.
However the products I received was @@.

Now I am in Japan and really needed the ○○, so I purchased it from your company, where I can trust
and asked to send.

I really looked forward to it, but it turned out to be a wrong product.
Though I understand return policy is only applicable in the United States,
this misdelivery was caused by your company's mistake of shipping.

I require to return this product or full refund of this product.
