私は日本在住です。
どうしても〇〇が欲しかった為、信頼できる貴社で購入し、その後日本に送ってもらいました。

とても楽しみに待っていたのですが、違う商品が届きとても残念です。

返品はアメリカ国内での適用なのは承知しておりますが、
貴社の出荷ミスで間違った商品が届いております。

返品もしくは返金を希望します。
