MPIジャパンチャプターは２月７日、六本木アカデミーヒルズ49で「MPIジャパン２月度セミナー」を開催する。
今回講師を務めるのは、「接客向上委員会＆Peace」代表の石坂秀己氏。オリエンタルランドに正社員として入社し運営部に配属15年間勤務後、ディズニー・ユニバーシティリーダーとして新人キャストの教育や、パレード運営、アトラクション運営責任者としてキャストの育成にも従事した経験から「ディズニーランドに学ぶ笑顔の接客」をテーマに、MICEに活用できる接客について語る。
