10月29日にオーダーした商品についてのお問い合わせです。
私はこの商品を購入してから2ヶ月半で約10回程、着用しました。そして今日、何時ものように着用して１日過ごし、帰宅してアウターを脱ぐと肘の部分が裂けていることに気がつきました。日中アウターを着ていたので、私の不注意で何かに引っ掛けたということはないと思います。(肘を曲げ延ばしているとき裂けたと思われる。ちなみにジャストサイズ。)

This is an inquiry regarding the product I've ordered last October 29.
I have worn this product around 10 times in the two and a half month after I have purchased it. And I've spent 1 whole day and worn it as usual today and I noticed that there was a tear on the elbow when I took it off. I think that I was not careless to have pulled it when I wore it during the day. (Seems to be torn when it is extended when bending the elbow. But the way, it is just the correct size.)

This is in regard to the item I ordered from you on October 29.

I will bear in mind my gratitude to T-shirt I received as an apology for the belated shipping, and my appreciation for your wares won't change. So, it feels bad for me to seek out the compensation, but the whole thing was too shocking and unbelievable an incident to me.
