According to the rule for protections to buyers written in paypal, I think that we are not protected in a case that we have some troubles and it is service.

According to the contract of protecting PayPal buyer, it would be no compensation in the service condition even if having any problem.
This invoice is the same one of contract of selling goods?
I am still living in Japan, therefore, I have to do the customs declaration when goods was imported from USA, and no matter how many goods still have to do the customs declaration.
