昨日、私の顧客から注文があったので、ダンボールに入っていた中身を検品して発送しようとしたところ、ケースが一部壊れてるが判明しました。
2個共です!
私は私の顧客の注文をキャンセルせざるを無かった。
なぜなら、壊れた商品を売れないからです。
私は以下の2個のケースを返品、もしくは欠陥のない商品と交換することを望みます。
欠陥商品の写真を添付しておきます。

I bought two saxophone cases from you and would like return them or exchange them for replacements.
Today I had an order from a customer, so I opened the box to inspect the contents before sending it. I found that not one, but both of them were broken!
I had to cancel my customer's order. Because I cannot sell broken merchandise.
I would like to return the cases, or exchange them for ones that are not defective.
I attach a copy of the defective merchandise.

I would like to request a refund or exchange of two saxophone cases I have purchased on your website.
I got an order from my customer yesterday so I was checking the cases in the box and found out that they were broken.
Both of them!
I had to cancel my customer's order because I can't sell broken products.

I request to return or replace to perfect products for two saxophone cases which I bought from your website.
On the previous day, I got order from my client so I was going to inspect the inside of the cardboard box and to ship then I found a part of the cases are broken.
Both of the two!
I had to refuse the order from my client because I can not sell broken products.
