As I had to go out soon after settle your invoice, I have not been able to contact with you. Now I come back from business trip. Regarding your invoice (2), I settled payment. But I have not recieved invoice (1) in my mail. Could you send me asap? I will settle immediately.

Since I had to leave immediately after I settled the invoice from you, I was not able to contact you. I have just returned from business trip now. I have hastened to make payment for invoice (2). However, I have not received your email for the invoice (1). Could you please send it me as soon as you can? I am willing to make payment immediately. Thank you.

I haven't been able to contact you since I had to leave soon after I paid your invoice. I just came back from my business trip and paid your invoice (2). However, I have not yet received your invoice (1) in my email inbox. Can you please send it to me as soon as possible? I will send my payment as soon as I receive it.
Quick feedback: change "soon after settle your invoice" to "soon after settling your invoice" and "from business trip" to "from my business trip".
