商品ご購入と早速のお支払、ありがとうございます。
ただ、お詫びしないといけない事があります。
私は発送方法をEMSを指定し、送料も有料(85ドル)で設定していたのですが
ebay側のシステムエラーなのか理由は解りませんが、バイヤー様には送料無料と表示されている様です。
大変申し訳御座いません。
またカザフスタンはEMSに対応していない為、
違う方法(国際小包 105ドル)での発送となり送料が更に高くなってしまいます。
誠に残念では御座いますが今回は返金と言う事で
ご理解頂けますでしょうか?

However, there is something that I have to apologise for.
I had selected the delivery method to an $85 EMS,
but for some reason, it is shown to our buyers that the delivery is free.
It may be because of ebay's system error.
I am extremely sorry.
Also, as EMS isn't delivering to Kazakhstan,
I have to select a different method that will send small packaged internationally at $105,
which will make the delivery even higher.
I am sincerely sorry,
but I hope you can understand that I have to cancel this order and give you a full refund.

I would like to thank you for the purchase and making the payment so quickly. However I must offer you my apologies. Setting the delivery method to EMS, it incurred a shipping cost ($85), however perhaps through a system error on eBay, it seems that it displays on the buyer's side that shipping is free of charge. I am terribly sorry for this confusion.

Also as Kazakhstan currently doesn't handle EMS, it will require another method of sending (international parcel $105) making the shipping cost even more expensive. I am terribly sorry to ask this but would it be possible to accept a refund for this purchase?
