Is it possible to issue the refund before the product is return since it was not our fault?
We will ship it immediately once we receive the refund.
This is the first time for this type of trouble so if we will need to return the product first then we will be returning the product based on the compensation policy of Paypal after we escalate a claim via Paypal.
So will it be okay to return only the erroneous product?
In addition, please contact using Paypal rather than the personal email.
And please let us know the return address during the separate communication.
