返金後すぐに発送可能です。
トラブルは初めてですので
こちらが先に返品する場合はPaypalでクレームにエスカレートした後
Paypalの補償制度に基いて返品させて頂きます。
返品の際は間違って送られてきた商品のみを返品すればよろしいでしょうか？
またお手数ですが、連絡は個別のメールではなくPaypalでお願いします。
連絡の際、改めて返品先の住所を教えて下さい。

Is it possible to issue the refund before the product is return since it was not our fault?
We will ship it immediately once we receive the refund.
This is the first time for this type of trouble so if we will need to return the product first then we will be returning the product based on the compensation policy of Paypal after we escalate a claim via Paypal.
So will it be okay to return only the erroneous product?
