We have found some damage on the product in outgoing quality check before the shipment.
However, we have only single stock and thus are requesting the manufacture to provide us with another stock, but we are not sure of the incoming schedule.
If you don't mind, would you please consider to purchase another product as I enclose hereby?
We are not in process of the billing because the shipment hasn't been arranged yet, so we can accept your cancellation as well.
We will make best effort to satisfy your needs.
