Thank you for your below e-mail and also for the documents which have already been received.

Please note that the Articles of Incorporation were received without an official translator` s clause and therefore we are unable to accept them. It seems that it is the same document which was initially translated by the client himself. Please be advised that an official translation of the documents into English language needs to be conducted and the translator` s clause should be submitted along with the translation.

定款は公式翻訳者条項なく届けられましたので、受領はいたしかねます。この書類はクライアント自身が最初に翻訳したものと同じ書類と思われます。公式に英語に翻訳された書類が必要で、翻訳文には翻訳者条項の提出が必須です。
