I have received the claim however, it was after I have sent the item when you have cancelled the item.
Unfortunatelly I can not prceed to the refund as I the
item has not been returned yet. I would like to refund the money as per B policy. I ask for your understanding.

I received your complaints, but I received a cancelling request after we dispatched the item.
I can not give you a refund at this moment as the item has not come back to us.

I have received the claim, but after shipping the item I received the cancel request.
I cannot reimburse at this moment since I have not received the return.
