このたびは御社およびその先にいるすべての御社のお客様にご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ありません。
今回アカウントが停止された原因は、禁止されている商品を出品してしまった事とそれに対してたびたび警告を受けていたにもかかわらず即座に対応できなかったことだと認識しています。
知的財産権を侵害する商品を販売してはならない、というポリシーがあったにも関わらず、それを破り出品をしてしまっていました。警告を受け販売権利削除されてから、その当日中に警告があったすべての権利者に対して連絡を取りました。
The current accounts were stopped as a result of a warning we were repeatedly receiving regarding prohibited products being shipped, and we recognized the fact that we were not able to action on it immediately.
In spite of the policy that we should not be selling products have intellectual property rights infringements, it was defeated and product was still sold. When the warning on the removal of the selling rights were received, we contacted to copyright owners who received the warning on the same day.
I recognize that the cause which account was stopped this time was to put up forbidden goods for sale and were not able to respond immediately in spite of receiving warning frequently.
Although there was a policy that the goods which infringe on intellectual property rights could not be sold, I had broken rules and had put on it sale.
After receiving warning and deleting the sales right, I contacted to all the right holders with warning during that day.
関連する商品は全て出品商品から削除済みであること、今後二度と権利を侵害しない、販売をしないということを約束し、権利者へ連絡したところ、回答を得ました。権利者との間での問題はすでに解決済みという認識です。しかし権利者に許可を取らなければ販売できない商品がどんなものがあるか、ということについて詳しくは理解していませんでした。
出品可能なものについてはより安い価格でお客様に提供することが、お客様にとってメリットになるという、短絡的な考えからこのような問題を発生させてしまいました。
This problem was the result of carelessly thinking about the merits for customers by providing them products at low prices.
We though this would be a merit in the eyes of the customers since we were able to provide the products at a cheaper price, however this shortsightedness caused this problem to occur in the first place.
まず、今回警告を受けた商品については二度と出品しないようにします。また、今後は商品出品の際は、権利者の権利を侵害している商品でないかを確認したうえで出品を行うようにします。
これまで我々はamazonという販売プラットフォームでたくさんのお客様に商品を販売してきました。その実績として200以上の評価も得ています。
社名の通り、お客様に対して幸せを日本から届けていきたいと考えています。どうか、販売権の復活をおねがいいたします。
