関連する商品は全て出品商品から削除済みであること、今後二度と権利を侵害しない、販売をしないということを約束し、権利者へ連絡したところ、回答を得ました。権利者との間での問題はすでに解決済みという認識です。しかし権利者に許可を取らなければ販売できない商品がどんなものがあるか、ということについて詳しくは理解していませんでした。
出品可能なものについてはより安い価格でお客様に提供することが、お客様にとってメリットになるという、短絡的な考えからこのような問題を発生させてしまいました。

I received a response upon contacting the rights owner to say that all related products have been removed from sale and promising to never again infringe on and sell rights protected goods. There is an understanding between the rights owner and myself that this issue is already resolved. However, I did not fully understand about which kinds of items require the permission of the rights owner before selling.
This problem was the result of carelessly thinking about the merits for customers by providing them products at low prices.
