I was thinking I'd really like to stay in a nice room. Also, this is my first vacation in America so my English is not good, so I am very encouraged that I can have support in Japanese if there is any trouble.

The room is pretty and I definitely want to stay in the room. And this is my first travel in America and my English is not good, so it is really helpful because I can get a support from Japanese speaker when I am involved in trouble.
Could I stay from 5th of September to 10th of September?

I really wanted to stay in a very nice room.
This is actually my first time to have a trip in the United States and since I'm not that good in English, I would appreciate if there would be someone who can speak Japanese that will lend me a help in case of any trouble.
