The next time I buy a Dyson product from you, could you include the warranty? This is because if one doesn't have a US address (s)he can't register an account on the Dyson homepage. Since my customers live in Japan, they are unable to create an account. In other words, they are not able to get a warranty from US Dyson.
Additionally, can you send me a screenshot, etc. of proof that you directly deal with Dyson? This proof is needed when selling Dyson products in Japanese shopping malls.

Can you add guarantee to the product when I Purchase the Dyson product from you next time? It means that if we do not have the address in US, we cannot register the account on homepage of Dyson. My customers live in Japan and they cannot create an account. In other words, they cannot be guarateed by Dyson US under the current situation.
Can you send capture by the certificate that they are doing business with Dyson directly?
They need the certificate when they purchase the Dyson product in shopping mall in Japan.
