修理後に再度販売しましたが、新たな動作の不具合があり
お客から返品されてきました。
動作の改善を試みましたが、難しい状況です。
返送しますので、新しいCPTをお送ってください。
返送先の住所を教えてください。
返送方法に関する注意点などがあれば知らせてください。
今回のような場合、返送費用の負担はどうなりますか?
返送費用を半額負担していいただけませんか?
次回の注文時に返送費用分の値引きしてください。
